He holds the degree in Engineering from NUST University, Islamabad, Pakistan and also completed different professional certification in business function from foreign and native institutions of prestigious repute. By fully leveraging upon his strategic strength and visionary skills he has been able to establish and built a successful infrastructure for upstream, midstream and downstream segments in Pakistan’s Oil and Gas industry thus ensuring the consistent availability of petroleum products with high quality, safety and sustainability.

He also established a trading company in Dubai in year 2022, namely Flow Energy Trading DMCC LCC. Flow DMCC has been supplying petroleum products requirement to major Oil Marketing Companies in Pakistan.

The momentous achievement accredited to Mr. Waris profile is the successful acquisition of remarkable companies: TransAsia Refinery Ltd spread across 200 acres of land with a designed capacity of refining 100,000 barrels per day & Quality 1 Petroleum.

This strategic move fortifies his commitment to furnish the futuristic fuels requirement allied with sustainable and green energy environment of the Country.
