FPPL strongly believes in safety first. Safety is more than just a priority. It’s a core value and the basis of our  strategy. Our ambition is to obtain minimal harm and zero leaks across all of our operations. Everyone working for Flow strives to achieve this goal each day. To achieve this ambition, we have taken comprehensive steps and have built rigorous protocols and guidelines for everyone to follow.

We want everyone to share our commitment to safety – from managers and employees to partner companies and local stakeholders.

Quality remains at the very heart of our operations. We aim to provide premium quality products and services in order to achieve excellence. To achieve consistency and continuous improvement, we have launched a program whereby our business units go through randomized check ups and extensive testing.

FPPL is committed to preventing serious injuries and fatalities, which requires operational discipline. This means performing every task the right way every time, from assessing hazards to executing each step of the job to conducting a post-activity review. Written safe work practices are a core part of our comprehensive safety program.

We believe in customer satisfaction through service excellence and quality assurance. In order to secure customer confidence and retention, FPPL has set a high standard of quality and quantity control checks on fuel specification by enforcing rigorous methods.

The spirit of our initiative is to ensure that employees, contractors, and other stakeholders share a common attitude and emphasis towards health and safety – whether at work or at home. Our commitment to safety is not limited to just our company. We are equally motivated to help improve safety performance throughout the energy industry and work in partnership with industry trade associations and professional bodies to share our safety experience, standards, and knowledge with other operators and contractors

ENVIRONMENT

Being an oil marketing company, we  deeply seek to compensate through an extensive plantation program and we are successfully planting a large number of trees around our business units and communities at large.

Corporate social responsibility is one of the major pillars of our approach. We understand that a business can have an impact on the surrounding environment – whether it be on the people or the physical space.
